A friend who own's a R32 picked up a set of back-up front OEM pads for his R32 mid-April before g-man paid $300 for the front set...He told me the first few weeks the car was in the U.S. the dealers were charging $500 for the same front set...margins and sharks <><..........

to take my business there. Still have a year or so left on the Audi Assured warranty so the damage is usually minimal

Laurel can't, or will not, fix a problem. While you have to pay, they are not as expensive as Laurel, and have a much nicer shop. They do not give out loaners.
Ask for Tom V.
On the other side of things, GRD Performance, on Ogden in west Naperville could do this for you.
Rotors and pads are not a hard DIY job though.
