Default Mortons and Gibsons are 2 top notch, but there are lots here!
Couple more can be seen at Metromix.com IMO

Just don't do that too often or you'll have a heart attack. :-)

But that's just one of many. I like Morton's cajun ribeye...marinated for 48 hours in cajun spices. Pete Miller's is very good. Gibson's is okay (I think overrated). Magnum's is very good...I like the porterhouse there. I love Jilly's. Chop House is good. I've had all kinds of steak from all over the place. It's too hard to pick one! And I have many more I want to try. Capital Grille is next on my hit list.

Best steak I have ever had. And I have been to many "known for steak" places across the U.S.)
