Default First.....start with good meat. Zier's Prime Meats in Wilmette.....

Ziers is the only place that I know of that sells pribe & waygu/kobe beef retail. You tell them what you want, they cut it.

Default Interesting. I didn't know that.

I eat red meat all the time, but I almost never eat a big slab of undercooked meat at a traditional American steak house. When going out to eat, we almost always look for an ethic choice.
