My 2015 Q7 hatch will open with key, button , up front and at rear lift gate but the lift gate will not close with the button on the lift gate or any other manner. I have to close slowly by hand. After service it was suggested I need a new motor on the passenger side. it was not the problem . Then the service suggested Replace lid hatch $489 and or replace comfort control module for $1,456.00. I watched a guy on youtube pull out 3 plugs pull out the Comfort control module down by the spare tire, pull out the CCM and put the 3 plugs back in a new one. cant figure why it cost soooo much. Any how now the two lights in the cargo area come on with the head lights and will only shut off when I turn off the headlights???? any ideas anyone
