okay, here are some suggestions
obviously, completely changing the format of the site will ruin it. However, I do think Kawf is in need of an update. Perhaps you could keep the format but add features. Some features ideas:
-the ability to add embed tags from approved sites (for videos and podcasts) to our forum posts
-an updated picture poster that would allow us categorize and tag things, and then browse and search for pictures across all users. There could be galleries of all the pictures for each car model, type of mod, etc..
-rich text formatting. You could use TinyMCE for this.
