Default I don't like this:

"Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 10 line(s). Long text may have been implicitly wrapped, causing it to be counted as multiple lines."

thats only because of that stupid vb view, because they were whining about the sig. because with threaded or kawf format you don't have to scroll down. Thats why i said they create a one ugly mutant, because some people answer in vb and really replay the thread or post, but some just do the quick replay.

Have you enabled threaded view yet? If not, go do it. It's not bad.

Not that bad? It's say it's pretty damn good. It's more like someone rearranged the furniture rather than bulldozed the house.

I don't know. But sigs will have to be addressed at some point. I'll tell you what I'd like and I'll tell you why you can't do it.

AW has always been fast to load and easy to read. To continue that, sig pics should be eliminated. Avatars are enough for pictures, and text links could still be in the sig. This would also vastly improve the experience for linear view users; they would no longer have to scroll through all the pics...not that I care that much about those people. Everyone should be forced to threaded view so that responses show up correctly...unles that can be enforced some other way.

Unfortunately, removing sig pics would unlease another revolt. A big change like that really should be driven by a poll of some sort. All big changes here should be.

this will be a big problem because in vb format sig. can be pain in the bottom because you see the replay under so a lot of scrooooooooooooooolling
