I recently posted a suggestion to petition Audi to include synthetic oil at all free scheduled services and received a good preliminary response. Since new Audis are shipped with synthetic, I feel the company has set a precedent and should continue with synthetic at no extra charge.

I don't know how much trouble it would be to set up but maybe the best way we can effectively get Audi's attention is to have a forum dedicated to this subject and get as many petitioners as possible to post their opinions and concerns. I feel this would mean more coming from the pages of AudiWorld than other media and it would be a lot easier and quicker to compile a list of petitioners worldwide. We should set a specific goal and will need to discuss the best way to get this information to the proper personnel at AoA.

Nothing may come of it, but then with a strong petition, who knows...?? It's worth a try.
