For Webmasters of AW

Hi...
I'm just wondering if AW is planning to switch to a bulletin board software in the future (like many other web forums are using)?
The only issue I have with the current software is that I cannot "bump" my posts to the top - the sorting of messages is based on the date of the original message in decending order.
Therefore, a user may not be able to see my message if my message is only 2 days old, unless the user goes through the first few pages (given the high volume of usage of AW, it's not surprising that a 2 day old message may end up on the 2nd or 3rd page).
This will surely affect the probability of my message/question being answered. In order to have my message seen by new users/visitors, I'll need to post another message asking the same questions in order to put my post at the top, which I don't really want to do, because I think this is a waste of storage space for AW.

This has been thoroughly hashed out on several occasions. Please read the threads

here, and get some experience with this forum software. Then get back to us.
