Weird....what would make the "Post as off-topic" checkbox disappear when posting in AWP?

I can see it fine in this forum.

Default Probably has to do with the tweak that was made to close the forum...
suggestion, post OT stuff in OT.

Default FWIW, I've *never* seen that checkbox in AWP.
Other forums yes, never AWP.
