Default If you do it manually, you will need a second person who can follow directions well
Pump pump hold (brake pedal), open valve (caliper) count to three, close valve, release pedal...repeat. Start at the rear passenger and finish with the front driver (farthest to closest from the master cyclinder... RP,RD,FP,FD). You repeat the above at each corner until no air bubbles come out of the lines. Oh, and don't get that crap on you or your clothes...it's nasty stuff.

Default Wait, if he's got HP-2 calipers from his 2.7T, won't they bolt onto a B6 1.8T?
aren't the HP-2 calipers from an A6 2.7T the same as a B5 S4?

I had read that the brakes are a bolt on for B6 A4s......

No, i did an A8 brake upgrade on the '00, so the '03 will need something bigger as well.
