Also use silicone to seal for airleaks on all interior joints
Need to know ahead of time the amount of siarspace you are trying to achieve, remember to subtract for the thickness of the MDF when you measure/calculate.
Not much more to it otherwise really. Use spray on glue to make the carpet stick.
Simple cut joints will work for most non over the top installation (couple 10s or 12s). There are obviously strongers way to do joints, but not worth it for that level of install.
