Good gas mileage, 4-5hrs on a fill-up
Only used Premium gas
Air filter recently cleaned
How much you looking to spend? Cause thats what I'm looking to sell for :-) I also have a brand new weed eater (used about 5hrs)....

Ask your landlord to pay for it.
If you are required to keep the yard up; but that all depends on what your lease says.
