Default The Collection refused my appt because I didnt buy the car there!!!

I am trying to make a 20k mi service interval appt and they called me back saying that they cannot accept any cars that were not purchased at the collection. What is that!!!!
Is that legal or even right as per Audi?

I have heard mostly negative things regarding Prestige, are they ok for this type of service. I hate to have to go all the way to Champion since I am in Miami.

Default already did, they concurred!

They said they are aware and although it is unfortunate they cannot change it at this time. They said they have massive backup and if they did schedule me it would be for many months from now and may not be reliable.

oh well.....

Default Then you must demand AoA to buy your car back....they have broken their contract with you...

Did anyone tell you when you bought your car that it could not be serviced by other dealers? NO! So ask AoA to point out where in your buyers contract it says that you ca onlz get it serviced at the dealer in which you bought it. Otherwise, tell them you expect them to refund your purchase price. THIS IS BS! DONT TAKE CRAP FROM THEM ON THIS AT ALL!

Try a French keyboard, even worse than a German one.
