Default ETA......... Any word on APR's Stage III for the MKV GTI?

You will obviously be "my guy" when I purchase a GTI, so I wanted to get some feedback from you, if you have any, on the new big turbo kit for that car.
Also, I noticed on your site (which is very well put together btw) that you are also a Unitronic dealer. Does that conflict with APR? Are the Unitronic numbers lower than APR for the chip/flash?

Everything looks great with the site!

Default thanks for replying jon, but that is the wrong info,

APR offers a stage III WITH a garrett GT2871R and a S3/30th K04 upgrade as well.

Both kits use upgraded fueling, the S3/30th kit offering S3 OEM injectors, and piping compenents

S3 kit starts at $4399, you can get a Fuel Pump upgrade with it for $4999

Stage III Garrett Turbo upgrade that is on the Sema GTI starts at $5999 and goes up from there if you get a FMIC and or Fuel pump etc.

Both kits are available currently and in stock!
Let us know if you are looking for a MKV GTI still, we now have a dealers license and can get certified VW/Audi vehicles from Volkswagen Financing.

thanks scott. website is coming along, hopefully we will have new products up soon as we are importing many products from FK germany.

Your buddy that owned a CRX stopped by a few days ago for some parts on his B6 A4 and mentioned he knew you.

Default the stage III garrett 2871R kit is currently available for purchase.

It comes with options for a FMIC and a fuel pump and start at $5999.

APR also has an S3/30th GTI Upgrade kit for a lower cost that uses a factory K04 turbo and factory FSI injectors w/ an APR FSI upgraded pump.

thanks about the website, we are try to update products as often as possible. Hopefully we will have more things listed next month when we get some over seas products in.

Unitronic offers custom tuning and we do not have conflict of interest since they do not offer complete turbo kits, just the custom tuning.

They are getting about 320whp on a GT30 Turbo with the Unitronic setup, some guy in Miami has one he has been testing.

http://www.goapr.com/VW/products/stage3_trans20t.html

Default Personally, I'd go with the S3/Edition 30 package over the STG III...

Check out the Dyno plots for each....

335lbft at 3000 RPM with the S3 compared to 215 ish lbft with the STG III...and the S3 kit has significantly more area under the curve.

Obviously the STGIII has 50 more HP but the Peak Torque isn't much different.

I'd rather save the $1000 and go with the K04 upgrade....

Default no one said you were not alowed on this thread, but when someone asks you

specifically a question, and someone else answers, that is kind of rude. You are welcome to put your 2 cents in after i reply
