I am going to tell them that part of their job is to unload my PODS next weekend at my new house.

You would not believe how much better the house/yard look now.
They are putting in some serious work. The garage was gutted and painted...wow, what a difference. I haven't been inside the house in about a week, but given the amount of trash and debris that is piling up outside, they must be doing a lot of work!
