forge diverter valve

i just recently bought a forge 007 diverter valve...i had racing zone put it in..its sounds just like my stock...is there a way to adjust it or open it up to make the sound louder?

Diverter valves are inherently quiet as the system is sealed. No matter what brand of diverter valve you use, generally you will not hear them...

You can reverse it for a little chirping noise, but you will probably need to install a stiffer

spring. I tried different spring/shim combinations until I found one that opened at the same vacuum as the OEM valve. For reversed installation, you will probably want its just a tad stiffer than stock. You will need a vacuum gun to figure all this out.
