Default Just wondering...how dependable do you guys think this 4000Q would be?

Thinking about getting a cheap daily driver. I don't know much about 4000's. How dependable do you guys think this 4000Q would be?

Default Ohh. Nice. How much do they want for it?

My 4k is great. Over 200k miles on orig drivetrain stuff and still is a blast to drive (suspension has been replaced).

The 5 cyl turbo is pretty darn reliable. I think this is the same engine as Hadley just put in his coupe.

You looking for a replacement of the A4 or addition?

Default Wait, is this the same yahoo that wants $5k for this?

If so, I'd skip it... Lotta money for something that old and not too rare.

Default I am pretty sure that car was in our Audi Corral at PLM a couple years back.

That car will be a riot with a turbo swap, but you might be a little nervous about how well the swap was done. If you want a dead reliable car, get a regular 4K Quattro. If you want a fast fun car, get one with a turbo swap (like this one).

Default Yeah, that's what he wants...

thinking about selling the Avant, using the money to pay off the Sedan, and getting into something cheaper for the next couple of years.

It looks like a nice car, but $5K seems to be too much.

Default I wonder who did it for him? He has a 321 Area code, isn't that in CFL?

I'm just throwing around some ideas. I'd much rather drive that than an old civic.
