Mystery test site possibly found?
On the Phateon forum, someone mentioned seeing Phaetons in Tampa. A local chimed in and said that VAG has a testing/training facility near Leto Highschool. Could this also be the secret Audi testing facility? Supposedly Ford Europe also has something in that area....

People know where it is, it's a nondescript warehouse.
Some Tampa guy on the Vortex used to go out there on his lunch break with a camera and just hang out. He's been warned a few times to stay away, not a very welcome reception for a VW owner.

I saw a Phateon yesterday just in front of me as I pulled out from Butler Plaza in Gainesville. I expected it to go south on I-75 towards Tampa, but went north. Butler Plaza seems to be one of their regular stops as we have had many reports the new A8, RS6 and Phateon sittings there.

yeah, it's in tampa.
I forgot where it is, but all you have to do is ask Reeves VW and they'll tell yah. But it is the same place that the Rs6's and S4's were seen coming from as well. One of the guys that works there drives a pheaton home and parks at his complex every night in brandon.
