Need local advice- Moving to Palm Harbor area & commuting to Tampa...
Where should I look for an apt? Needs garage and prefer 2 bedroom. Should I look at apt buildings or private residences/duplexes? Are there areas to stay away from? I'll be working in old Tampa Bay, on Pelican Island. Should I stay inland due to traffic congestion from Palm Harbor>Tampa? TIA!

My sister lives there.
don't know a lot about the area, but her house is very nice and in a kick *** development. She also owns a condo she rents out right by here development, so there are plenty of nice places. I can get more info from her if you like.
