I want a street pad with low dust, and one that won't screw up some x-drilled A8 rotors that I am buying.

I have heard good things about the Mintex including little to no brake dust.

Default mintex have a fair initial bite, but the dust I thought was pretty bad.

For the reason that once they get hot, they get crappy. If you then like to brake at the last minute. (4 pot brakes will allow you to do that). Take a look at this comparo from purems on brake pads

http://www.pure-motorsport.com/products/page.php?pageKey=10</a

Default I have OEM Brembo now, prior was Mintex red box

Mintex were better for dust, but stopping powa and fade are much better with the Brembo. Downside for the Brembos is $$$, and I swear, they're the only pad worse than Audi OEM for dust....forget about keeping your wheels clean. I 'll be needing new rotors and pads soon. Decisions decisions.

Default ha... dave's price is like 50 bucks more then that. (what he buys them for)

Power Slots are not cheap, but there suppose to last a long time and are good quality.
