Default Is an S4 OEM Bumper way cheaper than the RS4 bumper?

I was sadly involved in a fender bender Friday and was looking at the RS4 bumpers since my original has to be replaced.

Default S4 bumper prices are as follows, you do the comparison...

Bumper Cover $360
Lower Left Grill $40
Lower Right Grill $40
Center License Cover $44
S4 Fogs, Dealer $300

The s4 bumper uses same mounting points. The rs4 bumper will need some work to make it fit. But the s4 bumper is a direct swap. Oh these are the discounted prices from suncoast audi.

Default Unfortunately Quattro only helps wet pavement driving while..

going straight and not stopping! I was driving down Faulkenburg Rd in Brandon when I was coming up to the Hwy 60 intersection(in front of Circuit City) when I noticed the light turned green ahead for our 2 lanes to go straight. Well all 20 0ther cars went ahead when the light turned EXCEPT for a '93 Ford escort wagon who seemed to be pausing for a great length for some reason. Well I was a good 100ft when I noticed his car in my lane so in an attempt to go around this car who was sitting still for some reason I was going to turn into the left lane to go around him. I turned but car didn't and ESP took over. That SEEMED all well and good since ESP has saved me many times before but the traction light kept flashing and I was starting to worry about the distance getting closer. When I realized the S4 was still not moving the direction of the steer hinted by the traction light still illuminating like a christmas tree on my dash, I applied the brakes in a last chance effort to slow from the slide- but it was not slow enough and all I could do was watch and wait until my slide came to a stop on his left rear and my front right. It just stopped raining pretty heavily and the pavement was rainbow colored from all of the traffic's oil spots secreting out of the ground just for me! At impact I was probably doing 15 mph and I saved all major componets(IC, turbo, radiator, fan, and the bumper was shifted to the left and cracked on the right upper side next to the washer nozzel. My headlight tabs were cracked off causing a lazy eye on the S4 and the Kamei grill dented in. The quarter panel is fine as is the foglight and lower grill section(it just popped off on impact). The estimate with labor is $2600 with the major item being the scraped & cracked front bumper. The bumper saved all the crucial components listed above as this impact could have been a lot worse had I hit his trailer hitch that I missed by 2 inches!! I am sad now that it will supposedly take 5 days to repair the damage and $500 as a deductible. I'll send pics when I get home today.
