Hello.

Have ordered an 08 A3 S line from a dealer here locally (I am in Miami) and would like to know what the experiences have been with service. I have read a lot of posts on other forums (nothing specific to South Florida) about crappy dealer support and would like to know how things stand here. Does anyone have any direct experience with local Audi dealer service, good or bad? Thanks in advance for any comments.

I have had good experiences both at Champion and The Collection. but I think it depends on your advisor and what the problem is.

I've had great experiences at champion in coral springs. Steve Meyer is one of the best writers out there..takes the time to listen and goes the extra mile..even got Audi NA to replace a self dimming interior mirror at no charge AFTER I was out of warranty, and Terry (head of service dept.) is a true gentleman.

Thanks, gentlemen. Champion in Coral Springs is where I ordered the car and where I would go for service. Really good to hear that they have some good folks there - I have heard some dealer nightmare stories.
