Default take it to the mechanic syndrome

ABS and brake light came on with a series of 3 beeps. The car did this all weekend, at times once every ten minutes. Alright already! I'll take you to service, just shut up!

However, I go to Champion Audi today and go for a 20 minute drive with the service rep and what happens? NOTHING.

What happens on the way back to work? It comes on again.

It's been a while since I felt the ABS kick in when I hit the brakes. Is the feel like a high frequency vibration, a machine gun, or paced, distinct thumps, like someone knocking on a door?

Default When my brake fluid reservoir was low, it would do that under acceleration.

I put in more fluid and the problem went away.
