Default i would buy the A3 quattro over the r32 just because of quattro

i educated myself on Torsen and Haldex(i think thats how you spell it) big difference IMPO. Granted i go back and forth between Florida and New Jersey, but even on a on ramp in the rain in florida, a spilt second could safe your life.

Default Yea, if there was an A3 2.0tq, I would buy it over the R32 anyday....

Everyone knows that Audis are more reliable, and the interior of the A3 is awesome. And if you are going to spend $33K, might as well be an Audi.

Default ...but you can't get that "Hecho in Mexico" quality if you don't buy a Mexican Audi!

Personally I'd rather have an A4 2.OT with REAL quattro instead of that haldex crap. If I buy an electronically controlled AWD system, there are a lot better choices than Haldex.

Default From what I've read, the only CVT worth owning is the Nissan.

All of the other mfg's are ditching them due to the reliability and cost to repair.

My Jetta's engine and transmission were made in Germany. Everything else was made/assembled in Mex.
