void warranty?

Default void warranty?
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/48092/boforeafter.jpg"></center><p>im taking my car in to the dealer to have my sincros checked out(as im grinding in 3rd and i dont have a short shifter), does anyone think they will say my waranty is void if i have an APR chip?

Default Burden of proof
My understanding is that the BURDEN is on the dealer (AOA really) to show that any modifications you made caused the damage. The laws are consumer friendly.

Default in a perfect world...yes. BUT, some dealers are just plain jerks and will still say void.
It all comes down to who your dealer is, if you are friendly with all the service staff, and if they see that your car is not abused. If you are in Orlando, the service staff will be cool with it as long as they don't see any signs of abuse.
