Default Well, this weekend might be a little busy...

Last weekend I got to tear the car apart looking for boost leaks as a result of Mr. Racoon. Well It turned out that he didn't cause any and the ones I have have been there for a while. I diagnosed it to a few hoses on the back of the engine.

So this weekend, I'm going to tear back into it to replace the needed hoses and do a few extra things while i've got the car in the air...

-L-hose
-90 degree hose off the manifold
-Breather hose that goes down off the Suction Jet pump
-Bleeder Valve for CCV
-Oil & Filter
-Oil Drain Plug
-RS4 Motor Mounts
-RS4 Tranny mount
-Allroad Tranny mount
-S4 wheel liner

And most likely after all of that, I'll give the car a bath...

Default your car equals easy, my car with lower washer fluid resevoir and big filter equals...

not a lot of room... I'm thinking of taking that lower washer fluid out, the freaking car holds over 2 gallons of washer fluid currently... that would be 8 lbs less on the car... lol

Default If you're doing the work on Saturday. . .

Then I'd like to see if I can coordinate my schedule to see the motor and tranny mount replacements.

Got that on my "to do" list and would like to see someone else's first.

Default Sure, I actually plan on getting started between 8 and 9 am on saturday...

I'm going to tear into the boost leaks first. Then I'll get into the Motor Mounts and Tranny mounts. Last up will be an oil change.

I've done the motor mounts before, but I just bought a bad batch of mounts that were made in india...

Give me a call some time today and leave me a message. I'll coordinate with you later today.
