Well...we've taken apart a Torsen center diff....(pics to follow later)
We've taken apart the center diff that Bill donated to us. Long story short...this diff got pretty beat up. Instead of expecting to find a total of 8 washers, we found 5 washers, a few of which look like somebody went to town with a dremel with. A few teeth or missing from a few of the gears

this is moreso from heat build-up over time of running different sized rubber
The case is warped to where the top "hat" of the case won't go back onto it...it's made it tricky getting the side gears back into the housing while I'm "learning" how to put one of these back together.
