Default When points expire from driving infractions, they would no longer show on your history?

I pulled my complete history and it's clean except for 1 infraction I went to traffic school for, and those always show.

I've had a few tickets I just paid out in the past years and I could have swore one of them was less then 3 years ago and it was a 3 point ticket, but it doesn't show on the record. So maybe it was more then 3, or points expire differently?

Nothing should show once the points expire, right? What's the timetable for points expiring. I always thought it was 3 points after 3 years, but maybe it's different?

Default so...

The one I got says it's striahgt from the department of highway safety. Isn't that the same info that law enforcement or the courts would get?

What about what insurance companies would get?
