Does anyone have an experience getting an Audi windshield replaced... I know the S4 has different glass than the A4. Anyone have any place that they can recommmend that uses OEM Audi glass?

And why is the S4 glass different from the A4 glass? Strange.
I had Jorge replace a cracked windshield in my '98 A4 by one of the vendors Continental uses. Wasn't too happy.......I heard a very faint whistle around 90mph, and sometimes I would hear a "pop" that was the windshield settling. This would only happen when the car was sitting still for a long time, and soon as I would go over a drainage curb or bump that would cause some chassis flex, I would hear a "pop" of the windshield "settling." I was going to have the place redo the job, but wrecked the car before I could get around to it.

They will let you choose your glass co. I've used Harmon Auto Glass on two occasions and was very pleased. They are very good and will come to you. All they need is a claim number. You'll get that when you file yoiur claim with the insurance co.

I think that is just your dad's subtle way of saying it's time for you to move out.
