Wow...speaking of scams....

So last night I found a grille I wanted to order. During the checkout process, the quantity automatically changed to 2 instead of 1. Then it added $40 shipping and handling. I closed the window without ever clicking continue, only to be sent an email thanking me for my order.
I immediately went through the cancellation process on their website, and even called the company. The guy I spoke to said he couldnt cancel the order because it wasnt in the system yet, please call back in the am. 15 minutes after I cancelled the order on their website I get an email saying my request is being processed. This morning at 9:36am I get an email asking me to call the customer service number. I call at 9:45 and they tell me they cant cancel the order because it has already been sent to shipping (company policy to not cancel orders in shipping).
After explaining the situation, the lady tells me that I will have to pay shipping both ways on (2!) grilles that I did not order if I want to cancel. I ask to speak to her boss, and so far he has been away from his desk the entire day.
Car Parts wholesale is the company.

He said if I sent him a copy of my cancellation request, he will take care of it from there.
Since I've been on the phone with them, I've already received a tracking #!!!
