Default CNC'd 20v intake flanges

I have finally finished my development of a bolt on 20v intake flange for custom intake manifolds. It is designed to retain the oval cross section all the way to the plenum. I utilize aluminum extrusions for the runners. This retains the oval shape consistently from cylinder to cylinder without the need to hand for the runners. The velocity stacks that transition from the plenum to the runner have a very smooth radius. This removes turbulence from the airflow which in turn allows higher airflow at the same pressure differential. Fuel rail mounting points and injector bosses are integrated into the flange so fabrication is very straight forward. In the final pictures I show a prototype manifold with fuel rail and mounting brackets.

Just thought I'd share what I've been up to as I haven't posted over here in a while.

Regards,
Justin Olson

Default Wow i'm suprised nobody has posted anything yet...

That's beautiful work, nice job. One thing though, what is the difference between the flange and extrusion inner profiles, they look like they aren't mating smoothly? Keep up the good work
