Default do the 59.99 national gsm/rollover/free n/weekends/M2M..
plus i can waived the activations on 59.99 and up
and not to mention 20% off that price.
phone wise...look into V551 a lot of ppl have it and its got blue tooth. price is 99.99 after rebate

razor looks "cool" but its not worth the 500 price tag.

nokia 6230 is also good....its 149.99 after rebate.

both have cameras/bluetooth and speakerphone.
