I go to the hand wash place in Tysons when I don't wash the car myself, it's $15

This went from $10 dollars to $5 to food and now to me buying food?

It's at the Mobil gas station, a bit down the street from Pizza Hut, in front of the Golf Place

You know what I'm talking about? Sam & Harry's used to be there too. It's the Mobil gas station there.
