Default that reminds me, my coworker needs a traffic attorney for 76 in 55 on I66 in Fairfax

no radar, the cop said he was pacing him and of course 76 = reckless. He found someone that was gonna charge him $3K for the pleasure, I figure I'd see if anyone has someone less expensive to recommend.

Default Yah shes pretty muchs screwed

All a lawyer is going to do right now is going to mitigate the damages. She will end up paying about 2k for a lawyer to save 1k. Believe me, if this is her first she is going to get the same thing if she has a lawyer or not. Tell her to try to talk to the prosecutor and work out a guilty plea for a recumendation for restricted license, ASAP, and some community service and a fine that she can afford. Thats the best she will get.

Default Fairfax County is different. I'm pretty sure you must have an attorney to work out a deal.

If you don't have an attorney, you can almost count on getting the maximum sentence.

Default I recommend Albo & Oblon

My wife got pulled over for 81 in a 55 on I 66 near Fair Oaks Mall. They got it plead down to 74 (not reckless).

http://www.albo-oblon.com/</a
