Default You wanna get in shape or just start particing techniques?

Where are you located? Are you a member of Golds?
Reason I'm asking a friend of mine is a personal instructor on martial arts. He has several clases on Cardio Kickboxing that will kick anybody's behind (seriously). If you interested in shape, form and technique thisis the guy. www.derricknow.com

Let me know if your interested becuase I'm trying to get a group of people to do some martial arts clases with him. His style can compare with this other guy www.sifugrados.com
