Default Florida reciprocates with 49 states as well as Canada and Japan.

How much actually gets back from some states, not sure... But I do know SC, NC, GA, LA, AL do from personal experience :-)

I am hoping that since it is reckless, which is technically criminal in VA, they do not go thru the process of making it a traffic record to send back to FL. Either way, reckless in FL is 3 points and not a biggie. 94 in a 65 speeding in FL is 4 points.. Still not a big deal as I don't have any points anyhow.

The only thing that makes me want to appear it is it will be criminal-traffic; which means I have to disclose to work as a MOBIS contractor and security clearance stuff. Oh joy. Since it is not character-related (pergury, theft, people-crimes) it should not affect anything, hopefully.

Default I think there is a chance normal traffic violations may not be reported to your home state...

Unfortunately thinks like reckless, DUI, etc. are probably handled a little differently. Even states like CO that don't transfer out of state points will post a DUI on your record if you get one in another state. I'm not 100% sure where reckless falls, but I'm pretty confident it's not treated like a simple speeding ticket.

Default "I dont want to see or hear about you on any of my roads in VA."

Jesus Christ man slow down. One of these days it won't be reckless driving, it will be manslaughter.

Default Dude, there is a reason to move back to FL where tickets are easy to get out of.

YOu were once the kind of dismissed/ajudication withheld tickets.

Default Yeah. If I had to drive to work, I'd really consider being back there now.

Cause driving here sucks. I'll be back soon....
