Default Audi of Alexandria...

arrrggggghhhhhh...

minor warranty issues, car has been in for almost two weeks. Now they have had 3 days to do the final 3 hours of labor. Promised it back to me this afternoon... now back pedaling.

When I'm out of AoA warranty and on extended, it'll be going elsewhere unless when I get the car back they surprise me with a new Q7 stuffed in the hatch of the allroad.

Default My Alexandria Experience

Car was in for service and a minor repair. Got in the car and my front seats were wet. They washed the car with the windows down!!!!!

How do you not notice that???

I bought my A6 from them, and always treated me like a king when it came to warranty repairs.

Default I've noticed the same thing in the four years ...

since we bought the wife's A4 there and I started bringing my Audi as well. Initially, they were great...but within the last year they've had similar schedule issues that have held one of our cars couple days longer than necessary (because they didn't get around to it) really wasting my time one day. AND it seems they've joined the club of dealers that nickel and dime on the free service stuff (and then blame AOA). Doesn't much matter to me whose gone strict them or AOA...they're making it easy for me to start considering other makes.
AND when they washed my car last time they broke not one but BOTH windshield wipers...replaced them free of charge once I'd driven away and turned around half a mile down the road!!! SHEESH. AS warranties expire I'll be getting to know the guys at Pro-imports (and seeing some of you all there, I hope!)!

yep, they always blame AoA, but frankly so do I. Makes it really hard to want to buy another Audi.
