Audi of Alexandria vs. Audi of Tysons Corner
We are Audi shopping this fall. In the past we have dealt with Alexandria, but the experience, especially the service, has been disappointing. However, we stopped dealing with them 3 years ago, so things could have changed.
Any feedback re: either of these dealers appreciated. We might consider MD dealers, but going that distance for service probably not going to happen.

It's been 15 years since I dealt with either, so I'm no help! Back then it was Heishman or HBL...
and neither was great, although if my choice had to be one or the other it was usually Heishman, FWIW.

For purchase go staright to Criswell Audi
as been mentioned many times on here, the owner George Criswell is a huge supported of the Audi Club, where as the other dealers are not. He's also a Audi enthusiast and will work with you directly instead of pawning you off on one of the lowly sales guys.

I second that - great sales experience from Criswell
Service took great care of us as well. I had some major issues with a Mercedes when Tysons was HBL, but that was over 6 years ago.

You know, you don't <<have>> to take it to the same dealer that you bought it from for
service. Having said that, for dealer service, go see Julia (Zippy) @ Tyson's or Roger @ ????
