And I had the very worst car buying experince at Criswell
My experience there was the very worst I have had in buying new cars over the past 20+ years. They turned over the Sales Manager, and the salesman that I dealt with is gone too. They contacted me in February 2008 (Premier Purchase ending), and it was clear to me that their tactics hadn't changed with new managers.

Geore is actually working hard to remedy things like this
and told us at a track event early this year that he welcomes people to call, email, talk to him directly.
