Bad customer experience at EurAsian repair center (Tyson's Corner)

I made an appt. at EurAsian repair center weeks ago to take care of the fluid that leaked out of the rear view mirror. I dropped off the car at 8:30 AM on Friday with my key and my aftermarket warranty information and Eddie the service advisor said he got everything he needs to proceed.
No call all day so I give them a ring at 3:20 PM to find out the status. Eddie tells me that he has not called my warranty company nor looked at my car and gives me a vague reason why. WTF? Eddie than gives me a call at 3:45 and says that the warranty company won't cover it. So I asked him why he hasn't started working on it until now - he tells me he doesn't have time to waste 30 minutes on the phone dealing with these companies. WTH?? No apologies - just if you want to proceed with the repairs out of pocket. I said I will pick up my car later.
I call AWB (autowarrantybroker) and was able to get someone within a minute and indeed the claim person said it was not covered. I was already livid at this point anyway.
I picked up my car after 4:30 - still no apology or explanation.
Here's my point of the day: This is basically a heads up for people looking at repair shops in the area. If you want a repair shop that will go the extra mile; you may not want to consider EurAsian. But if you do take your car here you may be better off with Silvia(service advisor/mgr) who treated me decent last time.

I may just live with it since it's been not fixed for so long. It's just the way I've been treated.
BTW(long overdue). It was good meeting you all those months ago on top of Tyson's parking lot. Thanks for chasing down my kid's ball that rolled away.
