that he certainly wasn't.... on the 2 tickets, my name does not appear to be the same.
2nde ticket (reckless) has my first/middle/last name right.
1st ticket (speeding) my last name became my middle name.
My middle name became my first name...
My first name became my last name...
sloppy work?

I recall something in law school about "included lesser offenses" that prevents this.
You can't be charged for murder AND assault since the murder charge absorbs the lesser charge. That's a 20 year old memory, but the best I can offer.
