Default There should still be an old guy in the shop, named Jimmy.......

salty old guy, always grouchy about something. I learned from him back in the day, at Heishman's.

That's all I got on Criswell.

Default Criswell Audi is the biggest sponsor of the Potomac Audi club.

George Criswell attends all of the club's track events. Great guy, and well liked in the club (maybe because he gives a lot of rides/drives in his RS-4 on the track).

Anyway, call them and ask for George to hook you up through his Audi club sponorship. At the very least, you can probably get them to throw in a year's subsription to the Audi Club. He's a good guy and should give you a fair deal.

He's not grouchy...he just has to warm up to you! Maybe it's cause you call him old. :P

Default This one? I have no experience with the sales dept...

But have heard of no bad dealings...the negative feedback Criswell has (at least in terms of Audis) is in the service department.
Having been buds with a few of the mechanics there, there are talented and Magoo workers there...and the big issue I understand is the management of the shop. Just look at the way dealerships pay their mechanics and you can draw conclusions on why things often go the way they do.
If I were to ever have service done there, I'd have only 1 or 2 certian guys do the work.

And yes, George is a good guy...but crazy on the track! :P

Default Whups, forgot the link...

If the link doesn't work, go to criswellaudi.com, pick the 'Audi CPO' from the Pre-owned pulldown menu and scroll down to the 12th car.

Criswell CPO - '03 A6 2.7T - $21

Default From what I heard, he gives everyone that buys an Audi from him a year's membership....

in the Audi club. Incredible way to get more people involved in the club.
