would be good people to email regarding this.
At least even if you didnt get a response from anyone you griped about it in a constructive way. Stuff like what happened to you today blows my mind too, I think making it personal, so that workers and administrators in each gov't department realize that their actions and decisions really do affect people is the only way they will care.

Still has the CEL, but we're about to drive it to Montreal
He's moving and I'm driving his car up and following him in the UHaul. It better not turn to a flashing CEL by the time we leave.

I was born in this area and grew up here, this is my home. Laz & Walid lived in Montreal, so that's their home.
Plus, Walid's getting married and the fiancee is moving to Montreal after they get married.
