Default why not go talk to him in person?

or at least on the phone. email can get confusing/mis-interpreted too easily. i'm sure if you go down there, everything will get straightened out.

now if they didnt do the work they were supposed to do (and said they did/charged you) then that is complete bull****

Default True....however I have very little respect for car dealers

w/ the exception of an elite few that have since left the industry (or fallen out of touch w/ me).

Otherwise, they are below me, and they had better know that when I walk in the door, because the minute I feel uncomfortable, I will drive 25 minutes to the next dealer.

somehow i have that gut feeling about the work done. and you are right about email being misread.

Default well i'd bring the invoice in with you

tell them you had an indy shop look at the control arms...they're dead and were 'supposedly' replaced by their dealership.

i'm a bit confused. i think you said they were not replaced, but the dealership said they were and charged you for them. if thats the case, and they in fact didnt replace them, i'd go nuts demanding all sorts of free stuff.

Default I would just relax, give him a call and calmly go through what you need and if he can get it for you

If he can't help you get a copy you can try talking to someone in the finance/leasing office. They are the ones who would have done all the paperwork with you when you got the car so they should know how to get you a copy.

Default no, they said they couldn't duplicate the noise

i have all of the work invoice papers, all that good stuff. it's hard to explain, they didn't replace them because they couldn't duplicate the noise but he didn't not even check them when the car was lifted. i had the guys at induktion do this (thank you all there) and they said all 4 fronts were busted...so now i have to pay and extra deductible on the service when they could've done it the first time...
