Does car pass inspection with any lights on if its not check engine? Airbag, Brake, ABS? In DE

DE as in Delaware? Or DE as in Driver's Event?
I don't know about the state of Delaware although I suspect that a brake light or an airbag light will cause the car to fail inspection. Not sure about an ABS light.

If DE does safety inspections, then an ABS and airbag light would likely fail it.
If you're just talking emissions, then it shouldn't matter...they just check for engine DTCs (CEL or not).
