Our company size - 36 people, one office.
IMS Health size - 6000 people, offices all over the world.
I have a feeling that we're about to be squashed like a bug on a windscreen of an eighteenwheeler. I'm assuming a wait-and-see attitude and preparing my resume.
The only good thing about this is that we all get substential cash bonuses as a result of the sale.

Odds are, the new company will want to "trim the fat"....unless they strictly want your client base, they would rather save weeks of HR's time, and keep you guys cranking away. Sometimes the only things that change are your email address and the name on your paycheck.

If you do fall under the ax, you should be able to get another job in DC fairly quickly...the job market down there is awesome.

a job that pays more.. but you'll actually be doing work :P You know your shiznit... shouldn't have a problem getting employeed.
