Default Going line by line on the settlement sheets is rough. Bring some lube.
Congrats though. Best thing I ever did and I was so poor when I bought my first house that I had to rent a room to a friend.

Here's to hoping the bottom doesn't fall out. If you plan to stay a while it really wouldn't matter if it did I guess.

my goal isn't to make money on the house, i just don't want to live in an apartment anymore.
