...we moved in Saturday, unpacked almost evertyhing that night, spent half of Sunday fixing little things, and I slept in this morning because I forgot where I packed my alarm clock.

The house has been a rental for the past 8 years, so it obviously needs some TLC. But its very solid and is a great starter; it can only go up in value!! And it only added 8 minutes to my morning commute!
