verbal warning and a friendly reminder to take the tint off. =)
Time to strip the front and get legal tint I assume.
How much does removal reinstallation up front cost nowadays?

Blah blah blah the fact that tint at 32% is illegal is retarded. The health and interior preservation benefits of tint outweighs the "safety" issues faced by police officers.
If i was going to do something to a cop as he walked up to my vehicle, i would keep the weapon below the window line so they wouldn't see anything anyways. The fact that they use this argument is retarded. Its called another $50 source of revenue for the state, just like abusive driver fines and all that other crap. VA's laws are lame.

...it shouldn't be a "primary" offense IMHO. I mean, if the issue really is the safety of police officers...if they don't pull me over for a tint violation, then they won't be in any danger.

but then after driving snake lines to let him by it became clear he was after me. Don't ask me why must have been tint day. NEVER had an issue with this tint. Even got pulled for a 96/55 in Fairfax back in the day and got off with a written warning and the tint wasn't mentioned.
