I would not be too disappointed to see you end up in jail. What, were you thinking?
There are several tracks in the area, that can be used to "open it up".
If you bought a new gun, would you test it..in a mall! You just don't do that, you go to a shooting range.

It was on the long stright between wheely and reston parkway exit.
I steped on if for a 10 sec, if that. Then I lift of just before reston parkway exit and merged into right lane since I get off on fairfax parkway.
When I merged into right lane there was trafic and I was doing maybe 50 between reston and fairfax pkwy exit.I was just about to turn to fairfax parkway exit when I saw him coming at full speed and getting behind me.
It was unmarked car and I guess he was sitting somewhere between wheely and reston parkway exit.
